Pressing Toward the Mark
The Pressing On Pastors Conference was born out of one pastor's love for God's men and his burden for the local church. After more than twenty years in the Gospel ministry — walking alongside pastors through the triumphs and the trials of faithful service — Pastor Buddy Hogan felt a stirring he could not set aside: a desire to create a space where God's men could be encouraged, refreshed, and reminded that they do not press on alone.
What began as a quiet conviction has grown into a gathering grounded in Philippians 3:13-14 — a conference that calls pastors and believers alike to forget what lies behind, reach forward, and press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. The goal is as earnest as it is enduring: to encourage God's men and His church to stay faithful, keep pressing forward, and do it all for the glory of God.
Whether you carry the weight of a congregation or simply the desire to go deeper in the Word, you are welcome here. Come expecting powerful preaching, heartfelt worship, and the fellowship of the saints — hosted at Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Union, SC.

Through those years of faithful service, God gave him a deep and abiding love for pastors and a burden for the local church. Having walked alongside God's men through the joys and the weight of ministry, Pastor Hogan understood what so many carry in silence. It was out of that love — and a desire to see pastors encouraged, strengthened, and renewed — that he felt led to found the Pressing On Pastors Conference. His heart is simple and his mission clear: to call God's men and His church to stay faithful, press forward, and bring glory to the Lord.
